THE HISTORY OF HOMETECH SOFTWARE

HomeTech started out in the software business well over 15 years ago.  Back then, computers were painfully slow and software hard to learn and very inflexible.  The use of computers in the remodeling industry was very rare.  Only the bravest of the brave tried to computerize their business back then!

It was way back then that HomeTech decided that it would never release an inferior software product.  We worked with the software developer for over a year before the first HomeTech estimating system was even ready for testing.   It was then that we decided that all the quality features that are in the HomeTech book would always have to be in the software.

Since then, HomeTech has released a number of estimating systems, all of them built around the quality of the HomeTech book features and the integrity of the information contained within.  Our newest system, HomeTech ADVANTAGE, is one of the most advanced estimating systems you can buy on the market today.  HomeTech ADVANTAGE has been on the market for a number of years and is used on a regular basis by thousands of contractors just like you.

HomeTech ADVANTAGE has all the features you want :

» Complete database with prices localized for your area

» Ability to create unique items and modify pricing

» Full featured report writer and export capability

» Link to QuickBookPro

» Link to Chief Architect

» Material list generator

» Labor report generator

» 30 Minute Guided Tour tutorial

» Toll-free telephone support

» Ability to adjust or hide mark-up

» Automatic dimensioning capability and multiple room estimating

» Pre-designed assemblies and custom built assemblies

» And the list goes on...
