Automated Inspection Pages

Over 100,000 inspections are written on the paper form of the HomeTech Building Analysis Report every year!  And the computerized version replicates every detail of those pages.

The big difference is the computerized automation process that allows you to produce professional looking reports that are consistent and complete.

While performing the inspection you simply check the items that apply.   When you need to add more detail you can type in a remark or use the Remarks Dialog box.

When you check Select Remarks, a box will appear filled with remarks associated with the section of the report you are writing.  Simply select the appropriate remarks and it appears on the report -- automatically!

Remarks Library Screen

This screen allows you to add your own remarks to any of the libraries supporting the numerous Remarks Dialog boxes!

Do you find yourself writing the same remarks over and over again?   Not anymore!  Simply add them to the Remarks Dialog Box Libraries.   Whenever you want to use that remark, simply click on it and it will automatically appear in the report.

For your convenience we have already loaded the libraries with remarks that inspectors use on a routine basis all over the country.

Automated Remarks

Click on the remarks you want from the Remarks Dialog box and they are automatically added to the report -- NO TYPING!

To the right of each Remarks box there are 2 check boxes.  Check either the box labeled Send To Major Deficiency or the box labeled Send To Minor Repairs, and your remarks will be copied and transferred to the summary sheet for later review.
