USING THE "RIGHT CLICK" EDIT ITEM FEATURE

An easy way to edit an estimate line item is to access the EDIT ITEM feature using the “Right-Click” menu. Use the EDIT ITEM feature when you want all line item data displayed in a single window.

Step 1: Select/Highlight the estimate line item you want to edit. Select only one line item at a time.

Step 2: RIGHT-CLICK on the selected line item to display the "Right-Click" menu.

Step 3: Choose EDIT ITEM to display the "Revise A Cost Line" window.

The “Revise A Cost Line” window is an easy and convenient way to edit an estimate line item because you have all line item data displayed in one window.

Step 4: To edit and estimate line item while in the “Revise A Cost Line” window, first make edits to any item in the “Revise A Cost Line” window.

Step 5: Choose OK to save any changes and return to the Estimate Grid. Choose CANCEL to not save changes and return to the Estimate Grid.
