Have you ever wished that you could change the standard reports that are available within HomeTech ADVANTAGE? Well, you can. And, it’s easy. Use the BUILD…OR CUSTOMIZE REPORTS feature to select the data that you want to appear in your print reports. Depending on what options you choose, this feature can be used to either shorten or lengthen a report.

1. Choose the ESTIMATE button from either the top or bottom of the Vertical Slider menu to return to the Estimate Grid window.
2. Choose BUILD OR… CUSTOMIZE REPORTS from the Vertical Slider menu with an estimate open. This will take you to the “Report Selections” window.
Use the “Report Selections” window shown below to select the estimate data you want to appear in your report.
1. Choose a Report Format from the “Title” box.
2. Check/Uncheck data fields to customize the report with only the data fields you want displayed.
3. Check/Uncheck the report preferences to customize the report to be displayed in the format you prefer.

The changes apply only to the individual report you are working on.
