FLAG/UNFLAG ITEMS FOR REVIEW

When creating a new estimate within HomeTech ADVANTAGE, sometimes you don’t have all the line item information you need right away. How can you be sure that you don’t forget to add this line item data in later?

The answer is, don’t wait. Add your items to your estimate now. Then, “flag” the incomplete items to be sure that you remember to address them later. Here’s how.

1. Start HomeTech ADVANTAGE and open an Estimate Grid.
   
   
2. Select the line item(s) in the Estimate Grid that you want to flag for review.
   
   
   
   
   
3. RIGHT-CLICK on the selected line item(s) to display the Right-Click menu.
   
   
4. Choose “ Flag/Unflag Items for Review” from the Right-Click menu. This will highlight the chosen item(s) in a different color.
   
   
5. Use the Flag/Unflag feature to remind you that the chosen line item(s) need additional input or consideration to be completed.
   
   
6. You can Flag/Unflag one item at a time, or multiple items at the same time. To select multiple line items to Flag/Unflag, press and hold either CTRL or SHIFT on your keyboard while making your line item selections.
   
   
7. To Unflag items once they are completed, select line item(s) as described above, then RIGHT-CLICK on the line item(s) and select “ Flag/Unflag Items for Review ” from the displayed menu.
